Burchell & Associates, Inc Dba: Viking Southwest Mr. Burchell has over 30 years of construction experience including 22 years in Houston, encompassing site based positions to senior level management and administration. Mr. Burchell has a proven track record in construction management demonstrating outstanding leadership, organizational and problem solving skills. When combined with the continued pursuit of new technical information and products, value engineering, efficient cost control methods and a wealth of experience, Mr. Burchell is uniquely qualified to provide the clients of Viking Southwest with the highest quality of construction services they expect and deserve. Mr. Burchell’s experience includes both large and small commercial building projects, shopping centers, restaurants, hotels, and a vast array of commercial remodeling and tenant improvements.
